Place chicken in a large baking dish and sprinkle evenly with cumin, garlic, salt and pepper.
Finely chop ingredients for Pico de Gallo, cilantro, garlic cloves, jalapenos (remove seeds), and tomatoes. Mix in a bowl and add lime zest and lime juice.
Cover chicken in Pico de Gallo mix.
Bake on middle rack for 35-45 mins or until chicken is cooked.
