- Preheat oven to 325o F 
- You will need 3 ramekins or other specialty flan cookware and a large baking pan to place them in. 
- Using a mixer or a whisk, blend the eggs together. 
- Mix in the milk, and then slowly mix in the xylitol, then the vanilla. 
- Prepare the ITG Dulce pudding with 5oz water, blend together until smooth. 
- Pour custard into caramel lined ramekins, and place them into glass baking dish and fill with 1-2 inches of hot water. 
- Bake 45 minutes in the water and check with knife just to the side of the center. If knife comes out clean, it is ready. 
- Remove and let cool. Cool each one in the fridge for an hour.  
- Invert ramekin onto small plate and the sauce will flow over the custard.
